The yard stands on a 5 acre site, which includes a small 5 CL caravan park, situated along our drive. You can see from the site diagram below that we have a large car park adequate for parking of owners vehicles and provides ample horsebox and trailer storage.

Off the car park is situated a 60 metre by 35 metre sand ménage with a full set of jumps. A 40 metre by 25-metre woodchip ménage for flat work use and a woodchip lunging ring.
Indoor sand school 25 metre by 12 metre full lit, suitable for pony lessons.

We have a 4 horse hydraulic horse walker which is ideal for general exercise or for bringing an injured or sick horse back up to strength before bringing them back into full time work.

All these facilities are adequately flood lit for use during the dark, winter evenings.

We offer a choice of Livery Options which means you can choose to have full use of all the above facilities within the monthly cost of your livery charge by opting for the All Inclusive Option 3.
