Sick or worried horses?
Groom Sam Tatton is on site 24 hours a day so if your
horse needs to be checked through the night she is
able and willing to do this. If your horse is ill or
injured and needs care during the day Sam Tatton can
also provide this level of service by arrangement.
Part Livery:
Morning or evening livery, specified by the owner. The
owner will be responsible for the part of the day the
groom does not attend to the horse.
£55 per week - £35 billed by the Yard £ 20 billed
privately for service
Includes: Stable/Grazing use of indoor school, use of
outdoor schools, lunging ring and horse walker. All
turnouts and bring-ins/ legs washed. All Rug Changes.
Morning or Evening Feed (If a further feed is required
- will be charged extra according to requirements). 1
extra large net of hay or haylage morning or evening.
(Additional charge for extra nets - £1 per net)
Bedding or Straw bed topped up each week . Mucking
out, grooming, exercise etc. done by the owner.
Exercise by the owner unless otherwise specified and
then charged extra.
Full Livery:
£85 per week £45 billed by the Yard - £40 for service
As part livery but with the following:
All mucking out with skip outs each end of the day.
Bedding or Straw bed topped up each week. Complete
grooming each end of the day. Total day to day
responsibility for the care of your horse. All the
above will be subject to the owner's requirements re:
feed, rugs, turnout, etc.
Holiday Cover
Groom Sam Tatton is also able to offer full holiday
cover, be it the odd week-end, week, fortnight or
longer.
The above will be subject to Roche House Farm Livery
Ltd standard contract.
For full and Holiday livery service the Owner must
also ensure that the service provider has the contact
details of the Horses Vet and Farrier and the
permission to contact them in an emergency for the
health and well being of the horse (for which the
owner will be financially responsible). An emergency
telephone number of the owner who will be contacted in
the event of any evidence of injury or distress.
This scale of charges should be read in conjunction
with our Rules, Terms and Conditions of Livery
Contract, a copy of which will be made available to
you at the same time as this Scale of Charges. Your
attention is drawn especially to the requirement to
purchase all hay, haylage and bedding requirements
from us. Livery charges are paid a month in advance,
and a one month deposit is also required along with
your first months livery.
