Roche House Farm Livery Yard CL is set back from the driveway to our working livery yard. Overlooking the rolling hills of the Staffordshire Moorlands, Morridge Top and the end of the Pennines – The Roaches, this is a sight to behold at any season of the year.
Each of our 5 spacious pitches is accessed by the CL’s own hardcore driveway and each has hardstanding with electric hook-up and is discretely separated from the next by landscaped earth embankments. Drinking water is from a tap adjacent to pitch one, the elsan point is purpose built, flushing facility outside the toilet block and the grey water emptying – suitable for motor homes, is adjacent to the main driveway. There are separate ladies and gents toilets with cold water facilities.

The area is renowned for it’s natural beauty and extensive walking, beauty spots, attractions, etc. We have a full CL brochure available that can be viewed by clicking on this link. We are situated less than a mile from the centre of the Historic town of Leek with it’s 800 year old Charter Market every Wednesday, Grade I & II listed buildings with architecture by Sugden and other famous architects. We are extremely busy from Easter until the end of October each year so bookings in advance is essential if you want to guarantee a pitch. The Christmas and New Year also sees all our pitches full so advance booking is also advisable.
There is a public house, The Moss Rose, at the end of the drive serving good food if you want to take a break from cooking or barbecuing.
